We sincerely hope you're delighted with each and every item you purchase from our store. But, if you're
not satisfied, we'll do our best to make you happy. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days, in
original condition. No returns on special order merchandise.
Returns for Credit: If you just want to return a product for credit back to your credit card, there's
no need to call. Just put the item in an appropriate box (You can usually use the same box it came in), and
send it back to us. Please include your name, order number (if you have it), and email address. Priority
mail is usually cheapest and fastest. We will credit your card promptly, usually within 48 hours of
receiving your return, and we will email you a confirmation.
Returns for Exchange: If you like the product but it's just the wrong size, you can return it for an
exchange. Unfortunately, we do sell out of items occasionally, and sometimes may not have the size that
you're looking for available. You can email us or call us, and we
can tell you if we have what you'd like to exchange for, and we'll put it aside for you.
Holiday Gifts:
We know a lot of you like to get an early jump on your holiday shopping, so please be assured there will be no problem
exchanging or returning holiday gifts. We allow gifts purchased after Oct 1st to be exchanged or returned up until Jan 15th.
Please note all returns must be in new, unworn condition.
Special Orders: Special orders and customized jerseys are not returnable under any circumstances
unless the merchandise is defective. Claims for defective products must be received within 10 days of
receipt of products.
Large Orders: Orders for more than 12 of an unsized item, or more than 3 of a sized item are
considered large orders. Returns of large orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
PLEASE NOTE: Apparel is very susceptible to damage from cigarette smoke and other odors.
We cannot accept returns which have a noticable odor of any kind, as those items are no longer in original
condition. Items sent to us with a noticable odor will be returned to the sender, and no credit will be
issued.
On credits, we will credit your card for the amount of the merchandise only.
On exchanges, we will send out the replacement items at no charge, once we receive your items back.
